Bet you thought I'd given up!

Well - I've been waiting to get my Snapfish order delivered, and also have had a busy time at school so I haven't had that much time - but I have now got a DLO and a SLO to share.

DD has been showing some distinct signs of photography interest - inevitable really as her Dad is also an addict! I couldn't resist snapping this moment of father daughter togetherness - spoilt a few minutes later when she discovered that she'd gone through the first 3/4 of the holiday without a film in her camera! Of course - she now wants a digital.......... Paper is by Shan Lawrence and I handcut round the statue before tucking the pic behind it.

I also did a LO - or more accurately a DLO for Jakey's music challenge - theme had to be "A Perfect Day" after the Chris Rea song. (The LO is also OK for the challenge on the UKS site - I do like these LOs that fulfil more than one objective! ) It records a day trip we made over the summer to a little place called Bosham in Hampshire - initially we wanted to go to the craft centre but the village itself soon became one of our favourites - so tranquil! Also lots of history there - it was in the Bayeux Tapestry - and the streets flood every tide.

This LO taken at Buckfast Abbey records DD's growing interest in photography. It was inevitalbe that she would become interested - only problem is that minutes after this photo was taken she discovered that she hadn't had a film in for the first 3/4 of the holiday.
UhOh - looking at the LOs now it's obvious how inexperienced I am with the blogging and taking pics of LOs - but you have to cut a newly qualified teacher some slack!

Oooh... sounds a lovely place - my other half is history mad - might have to add it to our 'must see' list. (poor dd, i've done that!)

Thanks for joining in! Great LO!
